CUSTOMER POLICY

  • Combined offers or discounts are not applicable in a single purchase.
  • All offers & Promotions are under selected products, except vouchers.
  • Customer can collect the product within 30 days after purchase, otherwise will consider the order is cancelled and non refundable.
  • Repairing, adjusting the alignment, fixing lenses on customer own used frames/sunglasses, while handling such items there are chances of breakage or damages that are strictly under owner's risk.
  • Following an external prescription is under customer's risk, we are not responsible for such errors.

WARRANTY POLICY

  • Eye wear purchased from us are genuine brands and are covered by one year warranty against manufacturing defect.
  • Replacement of your lenses possible for coatings and manufacturing defects the claims need to be confirmed by the supplier before getting approval for the repair/exchange.
  • Breakage and scratches of ophthalmic/sunglass lenses, breakage of, damage due to mishandling or discoloration with use are not considered as manufacturing defects except unbreakable lenses and frames.
  • If any such defects need to be notified within 24hrs of the purchase, if not considered as goods under customer ownership.
  • Sunglasses and frame found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the manufacture's discretion based on spare part availability. (Minimum lead time 2-6 weeks).
  • Replacement of optical frame and lenses under manufacture warranty will take minimum 7 to 20 working days of time period.
  • One time replacement warranty possible for the unbreakable frames from the date of purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Linear optics have 7 days exchange policy, with items (sunglasses/frames) need to be in their original packing & condition along with their original invoice for exchange.
  • All non-prescription sunglasses/frames purchased are non-refundable; if exchange needed will be from 7 days of date to purchase at equal value or lesser value with they are in original packaging and resalable condition with bill of purchase.
  • Eye glasses are custom-made, there are no refunds/exchange on any purchased lenses, if you are not completely satisfied with your vision bring your glasses back within 15 days we will modify the lenses under manufacturer warranty without any cost.
  • All contact lenses as medical products can't be refunded or exchanged after purchase.
  • Exchange is subject to an inspection of the product after which a confirmation will be given within 7 working days.
  • Items on clearance, special promotion offers cannot be on warranty policy.

SPECIAL ORDER AND ADVANCE BOOKING

  • All sunglasses, ophthalmic lenses or contact lenses orders will only be processed on 50% payment from the customer as part of order confirmation.
  • Advance payments made for special order of lenses cannot be refunded due to non collection of products.
  • Special orders will take minimum 7 to 20 working days.
